The flexi-door prevents heat loss, reduces draughts, reduces noise levels and also ensures a constant room temperature.

Our flexi-door PVC crash doors present the ideal solution for a hygienic door where traffic and pedestrians want to literally “crash” through a door without causing major damage.

Manufactured from heavy duty mild steel steam tube with a horizontal top tube, vertical mild steel flats and a corner gusset plate to hold the panels in position. Suitable for 

heavy duty external applications, 

with powered traffic. 

Many extras are available to increase the specification on the door framework and panels. i.e. horizontal spring unit mechanisms, dome disc protection studs, wearpads, increased overlap, larger clamping flats etc. NB. On doors below 2600mm wide the horizontal top tubes will be replaced by triangular horizontal gusset plates.

• All flexi-doors are made to measure commercial up to 6 metres x 6 metres.
• Industrial doors are suitable on openings up to 4000mm wide x 4000mm high.
• All manufacturing is completed in house to strict tolerances.
• Parts to carry out repairs are always stocked.

The flexi-door consists of a tubular steel framework with triangle gusset plate for additional strength. 

The flexi-door is self-closing by means of torsion maintenance free spring units which are located in the upper part of the vertical tube construction.

The construction is shot blasted and prepped ready for powder coating any colour specified by RAL OR BS numbers.
